Larman’s Road

Located within Enfield, an area with a rich history of growth and transformation from its early village roots into one of North London’s established residential communities, this project represented a complete reinvention of an existing family home. Enfield itself has developed over generations through residential expansion and regeneration, while still retaining its strong neighbourhood character.  

Our involvement focused on transforming a traditional three-bedroom terraced property into a modern four-bedroom home designed around open-plan living. The project included a loft conversion, rear extension, and full internal refurbishment, creating a completely reimagined space tailored for modern Airbnb accommodation. 

From structural alterations through to interior finishes, every stage of the project was carefully planned and delivered to maximise both space and functionality. The result is a bright and contemporary property combining practical design with modern living, bringing new life and value to an existing home.
