Highcroft Road
C&C London Group is proud to be collaborating with Of Architecture on the transformation of this elegant 1930s semi-detached home in North London.
Originally built during the interwar period, the property reflects the architectural character that defined London's suburban expansion, with its distinctive bay windows, generous proportions and traditional brick façade. While rich in character, homes of this era often require thoughtful adaptation to meet the needs of modern family living.
Designed by Of Architecture, who are leading both the architectural and interior design vision for the project, the scheme seeks to create a contemporary family home while preserving the building's original identity and charm.
The proposed transformation includes a two-storey side extension, a two-storey rear extension and a loft conversion, significantly increasing the available living space and allowing the home to evolve around the needs of its occupants. The design carefully balances new and existing elements, introducing light-filled spaces, improved functionality and a stronger connection between the interior and the surrounding garden.
Working closely with Of Architecture throughout the construction process, C&C London Group is delivering the project with a focus on quality craftsmanship, technical precision and attention to detail, ensuring that the architectural vision is translated into a beautifully executed family home.
Once completed, the project will represent a seamless blend of heritage and contemporary design, demonstrating how a traditional London house can be thoughtfully reimagined for modern living through the collaboration of architect, designer and contractor.
